TC-created batches are not visible in SID

TC-created batches are not visible in SID

There are multiple reasons why batches may not be visible in SID:

  1. Only batches with the Future & Current start date will be visible on the SID Portal. 
  2. Batches will sync in real time on the Skill India Digital portal.
  3. If you have edited the batch start date today, it will sync in real time on the Skill India Digital portal.

If the batch is not visible, you can contact the Skill India Digital team for assistance by clicking on the technical support tab or writing an email to skillindia.helpdesk@nsdcindia.org
