TC (Training Centre) is not able to view candidates in SID

There are multiple possible reasons why a TC may not be able to view a candidate's ID in SID:

  1. The candidate has not shown interest in PMKVY 4.0 scheme.
  2. The candidate's e-KYC is not completed.
  3. The candidate has not shown interest in SID login for the batch.
  4. The candidate is already enrolled on another batch.


If the candidate clears all the checks and is still not visible in SID, you can contact the Skill India Digital team for assistance by clicking on technical support tab or writing email to skillindia.helpdesk@nsdcindia.org.

The team will help you determine the reason why the candidate's ID is not visible and provide you with instructions on how to resolve the issue. Attach all the related information about candidates, particularly TC and batch.
